Tweet: Last week (13 February) I presented my new book The Changing Social Economy of Art, Are the Arts becoming Less Exclusive? at a plenary panel discussion during the conference Groove the City of the Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany. The well-known sociologist Jennifer Lee presented her new book, Entitled, The Expansion of the Arts. To a degree our books overlap. She pays most attention to developments in the USA and I in Europe. A lively discussion followed.
